Hey everyone. It’s me – Don. In this first post on this blog I wanted to let you know that I started my 6th playthrough of Assassin’s Creed Origins. This time – on Steam. I played for about 12 hours yeterday and unlocked only 8 achievements. However, you should also know that I am playing strategically.
While only 8 achievements, I am also mopping each location as I go. Since I need to level up (and yes, I could use XP boost but not sure if that actually helps to save time since I need to complete all the locations anyway). I have already taken care of 8 regions out of 30 or so.
The game is still amazing with amazing graphics. My 2 years old gaming laptop can still handle it like crazy (16 GB RAM, RTX 3070 8GB vRAM).
Assassin’s Creed Origins achievements
Here’s a list of 8 achievements that I have earned so far:
- Raider of the Lost Tomb – Complete a tomb
- First Steps – Complete the Prologue
- Shadow of Egypt – Kill 10 enemies in a row without being detected
- I’m Just Getting Started – Complete main quest “Aya”
- I’m Done Learning – Activate a Master ability
- Handy Man – Craft 20 items
- The Scarab – Complete main quest “The Scarab’s Lies”
- The Sea – Complete main quest “Pompeius Magnus”
There, as you can see it – I am really taking my time completing and looting all the locations I can. Areas I have 100% completed:
- Siwa
- Iment Nome
- Lake Mareotis
- Alexandria
- Kanopos Nome
- Khensu Nome
- Sapi-Res Nome
- Ineb-Hedjet Nome
So there you have it. My progress so far. Not bad but once the grindiest is done (Old Habits where you need to complete all locations), other achievements will be much quicker … even DLC achievements.
